The Find Comps function allows you to easily find the most comparable parcels in town relative to single subject property. This function utilizes a number of different attributes (acreage, building effective area, year built, condition, etc.) and assigns points to every parcel in town based on how closely they match the subject parcel. It then returns the most comparable parcels, or comps, as determined by the total point values. You can compare parcels based solely on assessment information or you can choose to compare parcels relative to recent sales information.
