Cart Maintenance allows the Clerk to view and correct information on processed transactions. It is used when a check has been returned for insufficient funds, or when you need to correct a customer’s payment type from a check to cash. It can also be used to delete a whole cart, or a single transaction, if an error was made or to reprint a receipt, endorse a check, and print a DMV credit memo/refund/short slip.
