Set a Flash option on an individual Post-It so that the system will flash the text of the Post-It on the screen whenever the parcel is displayed. Using the Flash option, you might add a Post-It to a parcel owned by someone from whom you do not want to accept checks. The system will Flash the message every time the parcel is selected.
